MSR News retain Forest programme distribution

0 July 12, 2017 in Bulletins by msrnews

MSR Newsgroup are extremely excited to announce that they have once again secured the Nottingham Forest programme distribution rights for the upcoming season.

The Newsgroup have retained the rights after last year’s poor campaign, and fans will be hoping for an exciting and successful season under new owner Evangelos Marinakis and manager Mark Warburton. This gives fans the opportunity to purchase match programmes, conveniently, away from the ground, whenever they choose.

Programmes will be sold as usual at our Radcliffe Road and Angel Row stores, and will be introduced at our Friar Lane store for the first time.

MSR have also reached an agreement with Castle Rock, programmes being available on matchday at the Embankment (Trent Bridge), the Vat and Fiddle (opposite train station), Poppy and Pint (Ladybay) and the Strathdon Hotel. The popular marstens Pub "The Lady Bay” (on Trent Boulevard) will also be selling on matchdays

The price has been held at £3 and is being extended to 100 pages for the forthcoming season, yet another positive move from the new owners. Local company "Art of Football” will be producing the front covers.

There will be a joint programme for the Girona/Burnley matches (52 pages), retailing at £2. This will be available on both matchdays.

MSR will continue to sell programmes from previous decades at just 20p each or 6 for £1, with the Newsgroup holding copies up until the 2015/16 season.

MSR are also reducing the price of programmes remaining from the 2016/17 season and these will now be available at only £1 each, ideal for those looking to complete last year’s collection.

Due to the announcement, MSR are recruiting for programme sellers around the ground. To apply, you must be 16 years or over - if interested, email info@msrnews.co.uk or contact Dave Friar on 07800978840
